Procedure

Patient is a 54 year-old Caucasian male who complained of diffuse fat of his chest, abdomen, waist, hips and flanks that had increased over the past few years. He complained of diffuse fat and looseness as well as some gynecomastia. He had no known endocrine cause for his gynecomastia . He did not like the fullness of his chest. He was very active and liked to run and hike. He had good skin-quality and therefore was a good candidate for power-assisted liposuction (PAL) of the chest, abdomen, hips, waist and flanks via the “SAFE”-technique. A total of 5.45 liters of total lipoaspirate was removed. He is thrilled with his new physique and had to buy all new clothes!
