Procedure

Patient is a pleasant 59 year-old Caucasian female who complained of aging face with “turkey neck”, lower eyelid bags, crepey skin
and that everything has just “dropped and sagged” over time.  She had not undergone any previous facial rejuvenation procedures.  She did undergo
a successful bilobed nasal flap by me back on March 28, 2012 for a basal cell skin CA that required a re-resection for clear margins.  She underwent lower facelift with
necklift and lower blepharoplasties via tranconjunctival incisions to avoid scars.
