Patient is a 39-year-old Hispanic female, mother of 4 children who breastfed. She had several C-sections. She complained of a very saggy, loose abdomen with stria. She had been trying to lose weight with juicing, shakes and dieting as well as exercise. She also complained of small, saggy breasts with loss of fullness. She wore about a B-cup bra size and she desired to become a full, “C to small D”-cup bra size. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, Textured, Round, 505 cc (“Gummy Bear”) Implants as well as Abominoplasty with removal of about 2 lbs of tummy tissue and about 1.2 liters of lipoaspirate/fat removed and is now thrilled with her new body and shape!
