Patient is a lovely 44 year-old mother of 3 who breastfed. She also lost 50 lbs recently and complained of saggy, “DD-cup” breasts and desired fuller, perkier “DD”-cup breasts. She also had history of a spinal fusion at age 12 and had a very long, oblique scar along her left trunk and thus was not a candidate for full tummy-tuck due to perfusion and healing issues.
