Patient is a lovely 28 year-old female Fitness/Physique competitor. She complained of small, 34-A cup breasts and desired a fuller, more even C-cup size. On exam, she had significant preoperative asymmetry where her right breast was fuller and lower than her left. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, Textured, Round, Highly-Cohesive Silicone Gel implants (Right = 440 cc HP Gel and Left= 470 cc HP Gel) in the Subglandular Plane and is now feeling even more confident hitting the stage!
