Patient is a lovely 35 year-old mother of 2 who complained of her “sagging abdomen with excess skin and stria despite diet and exercise”. She desired a flatter tummy and better truncal contour and to be able to wear a bikini again. She underwent Total Abominoplasty with removal of about 1.25 lbs of tummy tissue with Exparel injections (for “minimal pain tummy-tuck”) and Power-assisted Lipoplasty with removal of about 2 liters of fat to help reshape her body.
