Patient is a 45 year-old Hispanic female who complained of a sagging abdomen with excess skin, fat and stria after having 2 children. She did not feel comfortable in a bikini or swimsuit and some clothing. She also had lost quite a bit of weight recently, and she hated how her anterior abdomen hung with the unsightly stretch-marks. She desired a flatter abdomen without stretch marks, and she also wanted a better contour with liposuction to help flatten her hips and flanks in the same setting. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with Power-Assisted Lipoplasty of her Waist, Hips and Flanks as well as Exparel Rectus Fascial Injections for prolonged, postop pain-control.
