Procedure

Patient is a 52 year-old Hispanic female who had primary silicone breast augmentation performed in Mexicali in 2006. She complained of “big, droopy breasts” with “low and big areolas” and fat of her lateral chestwall region. She underwent removal of old “Eurosilicone 280 cc” gel implants with pocket revisions and Vertical (“Lollipop”) Mastopexies and Power-assisted Lipoplasty of her Lateral Chestwall with removal of 1.5 liters of fat. She is very happy with her full, perky breasts!
