Patient is a 40 yo who presented complaining of “a leak of her right saline implant” and desiring “much bigger implants”. She had original TransAxillary Submuscular Breast Augmentation in 2001 and was told her implants were around “400 cc” and said she went from an A to about a B-cup and she desired a “Full DD-cup “ size and exchange to silicone gels. She underwent Breast Revision with removal of a deflated right and intact, 375 cc implant (filled to 400 cc) with Capsulectomies & Pocket Revisions and Replacements with Natrelle, Style SRF (ultra full), 770 cc Silicone Gel Implants in the same, partial submuscular plane. She is now a full DD- size and thrilled with her results. Next, she is considering tattoo-removals with our PicoWay laser too.
