Patient is a 37 year-old Hispanic female who presented to my office complaining of a loose and flabby stomach with stria as well as lovehandles after having babies. She had 5 children and one via C-section. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty (where a total of about 2.8 pounds of excess abdominal tissue was removed) with Rectus Muscle Plications (to flatten her tummy), Exparel Rectus Fascial Injections (for a “No Pain” Tummy Tuck) and Power-assisted Lipoplasty of the Waist, Hips and Flanks (where a total of 1.9 liters of fat were removed). She is thrilled with her new shape!!!
