Patient is a pleasant 59 year-old Caucasian lady complaining of her aging face with deep rhytids (wrinkles), jowls, a “turkey neck” and lower eyelid fat-pads. She doesn’t like to wear makeup and desired a very natural look. She had never undergone previous facial surgery. She underwent upper blepharoplasties and full-face and neck ablative 2940 fractionated laser treatment performed by me on August 29, 2012 with very good result. She then underwent surgical mini-rhytidectomy with open neck plastysmaplasty and transconjunctival lower blepharoplasties along with skin-pinch excisions of the dermatochalasis (excess lower lid skin). After surgery, she had Botox placed to the glabella, forehead and crow’s feet, as well as some Juvederm Ultra Plus XC filler to her deep facial lines. She has healed well and is very happy with her overall results.
