Patient is a 25-year-old female who desired larger, fuller breasts after having 2 children and breastfeeding. She wore about a 34 B-cup bra and had slight asymmetry (right larger than left). She desired natural-appearing C-cup breasts and chose saline implants to give her a full “C”-cup that was proportionate to her petite body-habitus and slight breast asymmetry.
She had McGhan, Smooth, Round, 68 HP (High Profile) saline implants placed in the “Dual-Plane” (partial submuscular) position (Right side filled to 320 cc and Left Side filled to 350 cc) via peri-areolar incisions per patient’s choice.
