Procedure

Patient is a 54 year-old Caucasian male who complained of chest fullness and Gynecomastia.  He had no known endocrine cause for his Gynecomastia .  He did not like the fullness of his chest and was very self-conscious about it when shirtless.  He was very active and liked to run and hike.  He had good skin-quality and was therefore a good candidate for power-assisted liposuction of the chest via the “SAFE”-technique to treat his gynecomastia and flatten diffusely the chest region.  A total of 1.2 liters of total lipoaspirate was removed from his chest.  He is thrilled with his new body and how he looks both in and out of shirts!
