“Patient is a 22 year-old male who complained of sagging breasts after a massive weight-loss of about 87 pounds. He desired a “flat chest” and to look better in a swimsuit and in T-shirts. He underwent Male Breast Reduction using the “Wise”-pattern, inferior-pedicle, T-scar technique and these are his early 7 month postop results. His scars will continue to fade. He is working out again and thrilled with his new, flat chest!”
