Patient is a 38 year-old Hispanic mother of 4 children and done having children. She complained of her “poochy” abdomen with stria and desired a much flatter tummy and slimmer overall shape. She underwent Total Adominoplasty (with removal of about 381 grams of tummy tissue) with Rectus Plications, Exparel rectus fascial injections (for “minimal-pain tummy tuck) and Lipoplasty of her trunk (with removal of about 1 Liter of fat) and is very happy with her newer, slimmer shape!
