Patient is a pleasant 45-year-old Hispanic female, mother of three children via C-sections who complained of a fatty abdomen, hips and flanks despite diet and exercise and desired body-contouring. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with Rectus Plications, Exparel Injections to the Rectus Fascia to prevent postop pain, as well as Power-assisted Lipoplasty of her trunk for improved waistline and overall contouring. She had about 5 pounds of excess skin and fat removed, as well as about 1.7 liters of excess fat removed via liposuction, and she is thrilled with her results!
