Patient is a 34 year-old mother of 3 children who breastfed. She complained of small breasts with loss of fullness and had skin stria (stretch-marks) and Grade II Breast Ptosis (sagginess) on exam. She wore about an A-cup bra and desired a fuller D-cup size.
